Use

In accessing this website, you acknowledge that you are proceeding at your own risk, that you are solely responsible for verifying any information presented on this website, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto. You acknowledge that these Terms may be amended at any time at Agents Invest LLC's sole and absolute discretion and that you agree to be bound by any such amendments.

Information you submit to us

When you contact Agents Invest LLC or submit a request through this website, by email, by telephone, or through any form or portal we operate, you may provide information including your name and contact details, your investment goals and criteria, your target markets, your budget and financing approach, your purchase timeline, and other details relevant to placing you with a real estate professional. By submitting this information, you consent to Agents Invest LLC collecting, storing, and using it for the purposes described in these Terms, including matching you with and introducing you to a Referral Broker.

You understand and agree that, in order to make an introduction, Agents Invest LLC will share the information you submit with the Referral Broker we match you to. Agents Invest LLC does not arrange, broker, or participate in any financing, mortgage, or loan-related services. Agents Invest LLC retains the information you submit for as long as needed to provide its services and to meet its legal and recordkeeping obligations. Our collection and handling of your information is also governed by our Privacy Policy (agentsinvest.com/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Agent matching

Agents Invest LLC operates a network of independent real estate brokers and agents (each a “Referral Broker”). Using the criteria and information you submit, Agents Invest LLC will attempt to identify and introduce you to one or more Referral Brokers in our network whom we believe may fit your market, goals, and stated criteria.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• An introduction is not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee that a Referral Broker is suitable for you or qualified to meet your expectations. You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence on any Referral Broker before engaging them.
• A match is based on the information you provide and the brokers available in our network at the time. Agents Invest LLC does not guarantee that a match will be available, that any particular broker will be offered, or that any introduction will result in a transaction.
• You are never required to use a Referral Broker to whom Agents Invest LLC introduces you. Your choice to engage any Referral Broker is entirely voluntary, and you assume all risk arising from that relationship.
• Upon introduction, you agree to allow the Referral Broker to contact you and to send you notifications of additional investment opportunities that match or are similar to your general criteria.

Under no circumstance shall Agents Invest LLC be responsible for any damages (whether direct, consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive), losses, demands, claims, audits, investigations, or other liabilities arising from or related to your relationship with any Referral Broker, or any transaction or agreement you enter into as a result of that relationship.

Referral fees

Agents Invest LLC is a licensed real estate firm in the State of Washington. When Agents Invest LLC introduces you to a Referral Broker and you subsequently close a real estate transaction with that Referral Broker, Agents Invest LLC may receive a referral fee from the Referral Broker's firm. This referral fee is earned only if and when a transaction actually closes, and is customarily calculated as a percentage of the commission the Referral Broker earns on the transaction.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• This referral fee is paid by the Referral Broker's firm out of the commission that broker earns. It is not an additional charge to you, and it does not increase the price you pay or the commission you owe. You pay nothing to Agents Invest LLC for the introduction.
• Agents Invest LLC's referral fee is compensation for a cooperative brokerage and referral arrangement between licensed real estate firms. Agents Invest LLC does not pay for, purchase, or sell leads, and does not pay any fee in exchange for being introduced to you.
• Agents Invest LLC is not involved in, and receives no compensation in connection with, any mortgage, loan, or financing related to your transaction.
• Agents Invest LLC's interest in receiving a referral fee is disclosed to you here so that you can take it into account. It does not obligate you to use any Referral Broker, and you remain free to work with any real estate professional you choose.

Communications

By submitting your contact information to Agents Invest LLC or any Referral Broker, you provide your express written consent to receive communications from Agents Invest LLC and any Referral Broker (including potential Referral Brokers) at the contact information you have submitted or will submit. You agree that these communications may include telephone calls, emails, and text messages, including calls and texts placed using automated technology.

You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time, and revocation will not disqualify you from working with Agents Invest LLC or a Referral Broker. You may revoke your consent by sending written notice to each party from whom you wish to stop receiving communications. Agents Invest LLC will undertake commercially reasonable efforts to comply with your revocation; however, Agents Invest LLC is not responsible for any Referral Broker's compliance with your revocation. By providing your contact information, you represent and warrant that you are not registered on any national or state “do not call” list, or that you consent to be contacted notwithstanding such registration.

Testimonials

Any user reviews or testimonials submitted to Agents Invest LLC may be used for marketing purposes on this website or any other website owned or managed by Agents Invest LLC.

Purchases

Any purchase of real property (or any other investment) should only be completed after you perform adequate inspection and due diligence. Agents Invest LLC is merely presenting information and providing introductions to other professionals who are in a better position to advise on the risks and benefits of a particular property. Agents Invest LLC does not recommend or advise that you complete any purchase, and if you do desire to complete a purchase, you should do so only after completing adequate inspection and due diligence. Agents Invest LLC is not, and does not provide, any legal, accounting, investment, or tax advice. You understand that any third-party websites or information referenced or linked by this website have not been vetted by Agents Invest LLC for accuracy or completeness. You hereby release Agents Invest LLC from any and all damages, losses, claims, or other liabilities arising from your use or access of any third-party websites or third-party information.

Use representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the ability to assess the value and feasibility of any potential purchase that you receive information about from this website, Agents Invest LLC, or any Referral Broker.
• You are legally authorized to access this website and to engage in any transactions referenced on this website.
• Your access of this website or use of a Referral Broker to enter into any transaction will not violate the terms of any agreement to which you are bound (for example, an existing exclusive buyer-broker agreement).
• You agree to be contacted by Agents Invest LLC and any Referral Broker.
• Your use of this website and any transactions you enter into as a result of accessing this website or working with a Referral Broker shall comply, at all times, with all applicable laws.

Governing law

You agree that these Terms and Conditions and your relationship with Agents Invest LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and, when such laws are pre-empted, by the laws of the United States of America. Venue for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your relationship with Agents Invest LLC shall lie exclusively with the Snohomish County Superior Court.
