Interpretation & Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Collecting & Using Your Personal Data
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- The location and details of the agent-match request You submit
- Usage Data
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include Your Device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device, its unique ID and IP address, Your mobile operating system, and the type of mobile browser You use.
Tracking Technologies & Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, and scripts) to track activity on Our Service and store certain information. Cookies can be “Persistent” or “Session” Cookies, and We use both for the purposes below:
- Necessary / Essential Cookies (Session, administered by Us) — essential to provide the Service, authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of accounts.

The Agent Matching Service
This section describes the most important way We share Your information, so please read it carefully.
When You submit the agent-match form, You are asking Us to connect You with real estate agents in Your area. To do that, We share the information You provide — Your name, email address, phone number, and the location and details of Your request — with up to three Agents We match You to.
Who the Agents are. Agents are independent, licensed real estate professionals. They are not employees or representatives of Agents Invest, and they operate under their own privacy practices once Your information is shared with them.
How Agents may contact You. The Agents We match You to may contact You by phone call, text message, and email about Your request. By submitting the form, You consent to being contacted by those Agents through those methods. The disclosure of this sharing appears on the form before You submit, and Your submission is Your consent to it.
What We do not do. We do not share the information You submit through the Agent Matching Service with anyone other than the Agents We match You to and the Service Providers that help Us operate the Service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Your control. Providing this information is voluntary. If You do not want Your information shared with Agents, do not submit the agent-match form. You can opt out of future sharing and ask Us to stop contacting You at any time. Once an Agent has received Your information, We cannot retrieve or delete it from that Agent’s own records, although We will pass along Your deletion request where We are able.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor its usage.
- To operate the Agent Matching Service: to match You with Agents and share Your information with them at Your request so they can contact You.
- To manage Your Account and Your registration as a user of the Service.
- For the performance of a contract You enter into with Us through the Service.
- To contact You by email, phone, SMS or other electronic communications regarding updates, security and operational notices, subject to Your prior opt-in consent for SMS. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
- To provide You with news, special offers and general information about similar goods, services and events, unless You have opted out.
- To manage Your requests to Us.
- For business transfers, such as a merger, divestiture, restructuring, or sale of some or all of Our assets.
- For other purposes such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving our Service and Your experience.
SMS & Text Messaging
By providing Your mobile number on our forms and opting in, You agree to receive SMS and text messages from Agents Invest related to Your account, Your agent-match request, partner and Agent communications facilitated by Us, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer Your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties, affiliates, or business partners for their own marketing or messaging programs.
This is separate from the Agent Matching Service. When You submit the agent-match form, You are directing Us to share Your contact information, including Your phone number, with the Agents We match You to, so those Agents can contact You about the request You made. That sharing happens only because You asked for it, and only with the Agents matched to You.
Your Choices: Opt-Out, Withdrawal & Deletion
You can exercise the following choices at any time:
- Stop future agent sharing by contacting Us at hello@agentsinvest.com. This stops future sharing; it does not retrieve information already shared with an Agent, although We will pass Your request along where We are able.
- Stop SMS or text messages by replying STOP to any text from Us, or by contacting Us. You may revoke consent through any reasonable method and We will honor it.
- Stop marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting Us.
- Delete Your information by asking Us to delete the Personal Data We hold about You, subject to the exceptions in the GDPR and CCPA sections below.
- Access or correct Your information within Your Account settings, or by contacting Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We retain agent-match request records and proof of Your consent for as long as needed to operate the Agent Matching Service, document consent, and comply with applicable telemarketing and consumer-protection laws.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security, improve functionality, or where We are legally obligated to retain it longer.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Payments

Your Rights under the GDPR
If You are within the EU, You have the right to:
- Request access to Your Personal Data.
- Request correction of the Personal Data We hold about You.
- Object to processing, including for direct marketing.
- Request erasure where there is no good reason for Us to continue processing it.
- Request transfer of Your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw Your consent at any time (which may limit access to certain features, including the Agent Matching Service).
Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise Your rights by contacting Us. We may ask You to verify Your identity before responding. You also have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about Our collection and use of Your Personal Data.
CCPA / CPRA Notice for California Residents
This section supplements the information above and applies solely to California residents.
Categories of Personal Information Collected
We may collect: Identifiers (Cat. A — yes); California Customer Records information (Cat. B — yes); Commercial information (Cat. D — yes); Internet activity (Cat. F — yes); and Geolocation data (Cat. G — yes, the area You enter for an agent match). We do not collect protected classifications, biometric, sensory, professional, education information, or inferences (Cats. C, E, H, I, J, K — no).
Sources & Use
We obtain personal information directly from You (forms), indirectly (observing activity), automatically (cookies), and from Service Providers. We use or disclose it to operate our Service and the Agent Matching Service, provide support, fulfill the reason You provided it, respond to law enforcement and legal requirements, for internal administration and auditing, and to detect and protect against fraud.
Disclosure & Sale
We may disclose Identifiers, California Customer Records information, Commercial information, Internet activity, and Geolocation data for business purposes to: real estate Agents to whom We refer You at Your request; Service Providers; and payment processors — all under contracts requiring confidentiality.
We do not sell Your personal information, and have not sold it in the preceding twelve (12) months. When You request an agent match, We disclose Your information to the matched Agents because You direct Us to do so. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent.
Your Rights & How to Exercise Them
California residents have the right to notice, to request disclosure of the personal information We collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Although We do not sell Your information, You may opt out of interest-based advertising via the NAI (networkadvertising.org/choices), DAA (optout.aboutads.info), and EDAA (youronlinechoices.com) platforms.
Facebook Fan Page
As operator of the Facebook Fan Page (https://www.facebook.com/AgentsInvest), the Company and Facebook are Joint Controllers. We use the Facebook Insights function to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users; for this purpose Facebook places a cookie on each visitor’s device. “Do Not Track” Policy (CalOPPA)
Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Some third-party websites do track Your browsing activities; if You visit such websites, You can set Your browser preferences to inform them that You do not want to be tracked.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and the Agent Matching Service is intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If You believe Your child has provided Us Personal Data, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove it. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.
Your California Privacy Rights (Shine the Light)
Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (the “Shine the Light” law), California residents with an established business relationship with Us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California Privacy Rights for Minor Users
California residents under 18 who are registered users can request removal of content or information they have publicly posted. To request removal, contact Us and include the email address associated with Your account. Removal may not be complete or comprehensive in all circumstances.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by Us, and the Agent Matching Service connects You with independent Agents who operate their own websites and businesses. If You click a third-party link or are connected with an Agent, You will be subject to that third party’s own privacy practices. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit and every Agent You work with.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, let You know via email or a prominent notice prior to the change becoming effective, and update the “last updated” date at the top. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
